1. What AI Phone Chats Provides
AI Phone Chats allows users to call a telephone number and have a voice conversation with artificial intelligence. The Service may help users explore ideas, organize thoughts, consider decisions, create plans, brainstorm possibilities, prepare for conversations, and engage in general conversation.
You are communicating with artificial intelligence—not a human. AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating information provided by the Service and deciding whether and how to act on it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AI Phone Chats. If you are under 18, or under the legal age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the Service if you are under 13, are legally prohibited from using it, were previously suspended for violating these Terms, or cannot enter into a legally binding agreement without required permission.
3. Accounts
Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information, keep contact and billing information current, protect your credentials, prevent unauthorized use, notify us promptly of suspected access, and accept responsibility for activity through your account. You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to control your account without permission.
4. Free Trial
Each eligible new account receives 10 free phone minutes. No payment method is required for the trial, it does not automatically convert into a paid subscription, and you will not be charged merely because you used free minutes. We may limit trials to one per person, number, email, household, device, or payment method, and may withhold or revoke minutes when we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. Free-trial minutes have no cash value and are not refundable.
5. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing date. When purchasing, you authorize applicable subscription fees, taxes, and authorized additional-minute charges. Before purchase, we will present the subscription price, included minutes, recurring billing frequency, additional-minute rate, and how to cancel.
6. Included Minutes
Each subscription includes a specified number of phone minutes per monthly billing cycle. Connected call time is deducted from your balance, subject to reasonable technical rounding. Included minutes reset each cycle, expire at the end of the cycle, do not roll over or transfer, have no cash value, and are not refundable. There is no fixed 60-minute maximum for an individual call; calls may continue while minutes and authorized overage billing remain available, subject to operational conditions.
7. Additional Minutes and Overage Charges
After included minutes are used, additional minutes are available at your subscription tier’s per-minute rate: $0.23 for Casual, $0.20 for Regular, or $0.17 for Frequent, subject to future change. Charges apply only if you affirmatively enable or authorize overage billing. You can manage overage billing in your account; disabling it does not eliminate charges already incurred.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through my.aiphonechats.com or another available method. Cancellation stops future renewals. Remaining included minutes may be used until exhausted or the current paid cycle ends. Deleting an app, stopping calls, or abandoning an account does not cancel a subscription.
9. Payments and Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are nonrefundable. We generally do not provide refunds for unused subscription time or minutes, partial billing cycles, early-ended calls, accidental use, dissatisfaction with an AI response, failure to cancel, or temporary interruptions. 10. Failed Payments and 11. Subscription and Price Changes
If payment is unsuccessful, we may retry it, request updated billing information, restrict calling, disable overage billing, suspend or cancel a subscription, or recover amounts owed. We may change prices, included minutes, rates, plan features, or other paid terms with notice when required by law.
12. Acceptable Use
Use the Service only for lawful, personal, authorized purposes. Do not use it to violate law or rights, harass, defraud, facilitate violence or exploitation, expose private information, impersonate others, make unauthorized bulk calls, resell the Service, evade controls, interfere with infrastructure, seek unauthorized access, improperly obtain trials, or violate provider rules.
13. Not Professional Advice, 14. Emergencies and Safety, and 15. AI Limitations
AI Phone Chats is not a therapist, doctor, attorney, accountant, financial adviser, emergency responder, or crisis-monitoring service. Do not rely on it to detect or respond to emergencies; call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service in immediate danger. AI responses may contain errors, misunderstand you, omit information, repeat, or fail to account for your circumstances. Independently verify important information.
16. Call Processing, Transcription, and Memory
Call audio is processed in real time to transcribe speech, generate AI responses, and provide AI-generated voice. AI Phone Chats does not intentionally retain audio recordings. Calls are transcribed by default; depending on your settings, transcripts or derived information may be retained for continuity. You may opt out of transcript retention and conversation memory. We do not use conversations to train general-purpose AI models.
17. Privacy and 18. Third-Party Services
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, retain, and protect information. The Service depends on third-party providers including telephone networks, Microsoft Azure, hosting, authentication, and payment providers. We are not responsible for independent third-party services, carrier charges, external websites, or network failures.
19. Ownership and Intellectual Property; 20. Your Content; 21. AI-Generated Output
The Service and its materials are owned by AI Phone Chats or licensors. You receive a limited personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use it as intended. You retain rights in information you provide but grant us a limited right to process it to operate the Service. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated responses before relying on or publishing them.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may restrict or terminate access for Terms violations, safety or security risk, overdue payment, fraud, legal requirements, or operational necessity.
24. Disclaimers and 25. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim warranties including merchantability, fitness, accuracy, availability, reliability, and security. Our total liability for claims arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid during the six months before the event or $100, except where prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify AI Phone Chats for claims arising from unlawful or unauthorized use. Before filing a lawsuit, make a good-faith effort to resolve concerns by emailing legal@aiphonechats.com or privacy@aiphonechats.com. These Terms are governed by Utah law, and disputes will be brought in Salt Lake County state courts or the United States District Court for the District of Utah, subject to applicable consumer protections.

You agree to receive electronic communications. We may update these Terms as business practices or legal requirements change.
